Bill Green

Bill Green, 74, of Gastonia, passed away September 12, 2015 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. He was born May 13, 1941 in Robbinsville, the son of the late William L. and Bertha Green. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Sally Green; daughters, Dawn Haynes and husband Chris of Anniston, AL, Beverly Forsee and husband Russ of Perry, GA; brother Bobby Green and wife Carolyn of Kings Mountain; sisters, Lena Miller and husband George, Rita Mitchell and husband Dennis, Wanda Wright and husband Kenny all of Gastonia and Pat Rowland of Monroe, GA; grandchildren, Christopher Haynes and Emily, Jessica, David, Taylor and Ashley Forsee and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2 pm Friday at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Jerry Millwood. The family will receive friends 12:30 - 1:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Gaston Memorial Park. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
