Betty Sisk Williams

Betty Sisk Williams, 81, of Gastonia, passed away June 12, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Graham County on November 24, 1934, the daughter of John Sisk and Maggie Sherrill Campbell Sisk. Betty was a member of Yorkwood Church of God in Gastonia.   She loved her family and church family.  Everyone loved when she would bake cakes for them. Left to cherish her memories are her sons Larry Williamson, Jonathan Williams; daughters Doris Williamson, Judy Long; brother Bobby Sisk; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands Lloyd Williamson and Robert Williams and son Jerry Williamson. A funeral service, officiated by the Revs. Kevin Jones, Dale Dyer and Bobby Smith will be held 4 pm Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at the Yorkwood Church of God, 405 Stagecoach Rd., Gastonia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be private. Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Charlotte, 1420
