Betty Sue Pennington

Betty Sue Pennington, 78, of Charlotte passed away August 6, 2013 at Peak Resources, Charlotte. She was born January 23, 1935 in Gaston County, daughter of the late Frank and Mamie Kirby Pennington. All services are private. Betty Sue Pennington walked (probably ran and skipped) through the gates of heaven this Tuesday evening. She has finally been rewarded for all her hardships she had to endure during her 78 years. We will miss you but are so happy that you finally have the peace and happiness you so deserve. We will look forward to the day when we are all reunited. God is great! Mrs. Pennington is survived by: her children, Kevin Arias and wife Joy, Sissy, Julie, David Ray, Mark, Kent, and Susie; brother, Marvin Pennington; grandchildren, Jaysen Arias and wife Amy, Jamy Arias, and numerous other grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by: her daughter, Linda Sue Becker and numerous brothers.
