It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Betty Gene Christenbury, a loving mother and grandmother, on June 16, 2024, in Gastonia, NC.
Betty, born on December 14, 1953, was a talented florist who had a passion for creating beautiful flower arrangements.
Betty is survived by her two sons, Charles Christenbury, Jr., and Michael Christenbury; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Jade Christenbury, and Landon Christenbury.
A graveside service officiated by Pastor Sam Barnette, will be held 1:00pm, Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Charles Christenbury Sr.; parents; and brothers, Bo Johnson and John Johnson
