Betty Lou Busler Hughes

Betty Lou Busler Hughes, 73, of Stanley passed away January 20, 2016 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

She was born October 26, 1942, a native of Gaston County, the daughter of the late Earl and Anna Busler.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Anna Cook, Angela Skidmore, Mary Greene and Sondra Carpenter; two brothers; two sisters and 15 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jamie Drawdy and daughter, Peggy Drawdy.

A celebration of life service will be held 4 pm Sunday at Greene
Funeral Service – South Chapel – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Revs. John Busler and Larry Wells.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
