Betty Adams Berry

Betty Adams Berry, 82, of Bessemer City, passed away on December 21, 2015, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born December 24, 1932, in Cleveland County, daughter of the late Conley Jacob Schronce and Ethel Louise Schronce.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, at Westview Baptist Church 3385 Fairview Dr. Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Jerry Millwood.

The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia.

Interment will be at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.

Mrs. Berry is survived by her children, Ann Kimsey and husband, FM of Bessemer City;  Joe Rhinehardt of Lincolnton; Loretta Reddick and husband, Rick of Lincolnton; Tina Rhinehardt and Kim Arrowood both of Bessemer City; ten grandchildren; seventeen,great-  grandchildren; brother, Harold Schronce of Tennessee; sisters, Becky St. Laurent and husband Albert of Dallas, Mildred Gregory of Kings Mountain, Vernell Causby and Kathy Schronce both of Bessemer City.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husbands, Issac Berry and Excel Rhinehardt; brothers, Robert Eugene Adams and William Conley Schronce.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
