Bert W. Cowart, 57, of Mt. Holly, passed away March 4, 2018 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. He was born July 26, 1961 in Fort Collins, Colorado, the son of Anna Lee Scott Cowart and the late William Robert Cowart.
