Bernice Nickie Bramwell

Belmont, NC - Bernice Nickie Bramwell, 78, of Belmont passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 at her residence. She was born September 27, 1935 in Montgomery, AL, daughter of the late Fred and Mildred Beatty. Bernice is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles A. Bramwell, Sr. and wife, Lynn of Gastonia; daughter and son-in-law, Darlene Holbrook and husband, Larry of Belmont; grandchildren, Charles Bramwell, Jr. and wife, Holly, Oteaka Sharpe, Ron Sharpe, Melissa Nuttall, Chastity Bramwell, Anita Bramwell; 9 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, a retired military Navy Veteran, Kermit D. Bramwell. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Friday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC. Interment will be private. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
