Benny Mack Glover, Jr., 61, of Gastonia, passed away May 28, 2018 at his residence.
He was born August 27, 1956, a native of Gaston County, the son of the late Bennie Mack Glover, Sr. and Betty Ramsey Glover.
Benny loved hunting, fishing and his grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Teresa Bryson Glover; daughters Carmella Messer (Brandon) and Jessica Glover; and grandchildren, Peyton Messer, Paislee Messer and Nyemma Leach.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Roger, Gene, Ricky and Paul Glover.
A funeral service will be held 2 pm Friday, June 1, 2018 at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Norman Greene.
The family will receive friends 6 – 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park.
