Barbara Postell Lynn

Kings Mountain, NC Barbara Postell Lynn, 63, passed away November 4, 2012, at Gaston Memorial Hospital, Gastonia. She was born May 31, 1949 in Gaston County, daughter of the late Henry and Norma Morgan Postell. Mrs. Lynn was a member of Southside Baptist Church, Gastonia. A funeral service will be held 2pm on Thursday at Southside Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Eric Lively, Rev. Raleigh Castelloe and Rev. Walt Grigg. The family will receive friends 12:30 - 2 pm prior to the service on Thursday at the church. Interment will be at Bethany ARP Church Cemetery, Clover, SC. She is survived by: her husband of 28 years, Stewart Lynn; son, Jamie Hagans; daughter, Amanda Lynn; brothers, Boyd, Doug, Barry and James Postell; sister, Leona Crumbley; special niece, Carolyn Grose and 13 other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: a brother, Jerry Postell; nephew, Daniel Crumbley. Memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 530 Bethany Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
