Barbara Ann Gibson

Barbara Ann Gibson, 83, of Gastonia, NC passed away Monday, June 3, 2024, at her son's residence.

She was born in York, SC, on September 15, 1940, to the late Cannie & Martha Barker.

Barbara was a member of West 5th Free Will Baptist Church in Gastonia. She loved her family and her church family. She enjoyed fishing.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Danny Gibson; sister, Corliss Booth; daughter, Terri Gibson Bolin.

Barbara is survived by her son, Talbert Gibson (Trisha); brothers, Jimmy Barker (Myra), Steve Barker (Sandy); three grandchildren, Dana West, Amber Crawford (Tyler), Chase Gibson (Heather); five great-grandchildren, Hunter Gibson, Daniel Crawford, Fisher Gibson, Caliber Gibson, Beretta Gibson.

A graveside service officiated by Pastor Richard Cole and Pastor Justin Grigg, will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2024, 12:00 Noon, at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 251 Olney Church Road, Gastonia, NC 28054.
