Barabra Philbeck

Barbara Ann Hall Philbeck, 81, of Lincolnton, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021, at Brian Center in Lincolnton.

A Gaston County native, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Dora Hall.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and infant sister.

Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She loved to bake biscuits and gather pecans.

Barbara was an avid reader and John Wayne fan, but most of all, she loved the Lord.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, David Philbeck and wife Coneia; daughter, Rebecca Philbeck Faile and husband Terry; sister, Margaret Bradley; and grandchildren, Eric Faile, Melinda Hinson, Victoria Spraggins, Christina Tomlinson, Megan McKinnish; and great-grandchildren, Abram Faile and Andee Faile.

A celebration of life will be held 12pm on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Ratcliffe Cove Baptist Church – 1300 Ratcliffe Cove Road, Waynesville, NC.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
