Antione "Tony" Amen Bou-Kather, 53, of Gastonia, passed away on February 13, 2026, at his home.
Tony was a member of First ARP Church in Gastonia, NC. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He loved his fur baby, Freckles.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie Bou-Kather and Carolyn Bou-Kather; and brother, Jeff Hardee.
He is survived by his son, Aaron Marquis Burris; brothers, David Hardee (Patty) and Chris Hardee (Lori); sister, Telena McCarty (Alex); granddaughter, Myla Joan Bentley; nephews, Matthew McCarty and Noah Hardee; and nieces, Becky Hardee and Payton Paxton.
A service to celebrate Tony's life, officiated by Pastor Brian Wood, will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 1:00 pm at First ARP Church, 317 S. Chester St., Gastonia, NC. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service. Interment will follow the service at Gaston Memorial Park.
