Annette Cannon Maddox

Annette Cannon Maddox, 83, passed away April 12th 2015 at Brookdale Place Robinwood, Gastonia, NC. She was born in York County, SC the daughter of the late Harry Cannon and Lucille Cannon Chestine. Annette was the wife of the late Richard Dean Maddox, husband of 62 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Gastonia, NC. Survivors include a daughter, Robbin Dale Maddox Lynch and husband Steve of Kings Mountain, NC and a son, Steve Maddox and wife Betty of Clover, SC; four grandchildren, Jake Maddox and wife Suzie of Chesapeake, VA, Lindsay Barton and husband Seth of Piedmont, SC and Scottie Pendleton and wife Melissa of Hickory, NC, Jason Lynch and wife Dana of Kings Mountain, NC; fifteen great-grandchildren, Ashlee, Stephen, Samuel, Rory, Elle, McKenzie, Olive, Katie, Jaxson, Seth, Kailyn, Ryder, Jackson, Ella and Abbie; a niece, Shirley Stephens Mason of Spartanburg, SC and a great niece, Robin Mason Harris and husband Joe of Spartanburg, SC. A celebration of life service will be held 2 pm Tuesday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Pastors Josh Glannon and Larry Laws. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
