Anne Martin

Anne Martin, 53, of Clover, SC, passed away June 15, 2016 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.  She was born October 14, 1962 in Gaston County, the daughter of Mary Gaston and the late David Heyward Martin.

Anne was employed with WIX for over 30 years.  She had a great love for her children and grandchildren.  The family wishes to send a special thanks to Tammy Martin and Ashley Biggers for their care of Mrs. Martin and a special thanks to Hospice and Palliative Care of Charlotte.

Left to cherish her memories along with her mother are her loving husband of over 20 years, Chuck Martin; children Michael Martin and Ashley of Clover, Jennifer Parks and husband Jared of Clover, Jessica Lowman and husband Bryce of Fort Mill, Josh Martin and wife Brandi of Cherryville, NC; brother Curtis Martin and wife Cheryl of Bessemer City; sisters Robyn Dreher of Gastonia, Kim Martin of Gastonia; grandchildren Jasmine, Jordan, Nikolas, Jayla, Boston, Dakota, Jayden, Brooklyn, Michaela and Layne; mother-in-law Billie Martin of Gastonia; several brother and sister-in-laws; numerous nieces and nephews and special friends Andrea Thompson and Becky McDonald.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Henry Dreher; grandmother Virginia Martin and friend Renate "Oma" Kitchen.

A celebration of life service will be held 5 pm Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 303 Hambright Rd., Clover, SC.
