Anne Jones

Gastonia, NC - Anne Jones, 76, of Gastonia, went to be with her Lord and Savior May 20, 2014. She was born August 2, 1937 in Northern Ireland, daughter of the late Alex and Anne Wilson. She attended the Faith Assembly of God in Rock Hill. She was a loving and dedicated mother not only to her children but to many others. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and faithfully served him to the end. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Fred Jones; sons, Trevor, Colin, William and Joshua Jones; daughter, Sandy Hovestadt; 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Alexander and daughter, Sharon. A celebration of life service will be held 7 pm on Friday at Faith Assembly of God, 2800 Faith Blvd. Rock Hill, SC 29730, officiated by Rev. Brian Keith. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia. Remember Jesus loves you.
