Anna Taylor Harris

Anna Taylor Harris, 79, of Clover, passed away December 30, 2022, at Atrium Health Kings Mountain Hospital.

She was born April 15, 1943, in Nicholas County, West Virginia, daughter of the late Edwin McClellan Taylor and Stella Doris Hamrick Taylor.

She was a member of Upper Room Tabernacle in Gastonia.

A funeral service will be held Noon, January 24, 2023, at Living Hope Baptist Church 609 Osceola Street, Gastonia, officiated by Pastor David Gardner and Pastor Norman Green.

The family will receive friends 6-8 pm at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia.

Burial will be at Bible Way Church # 6 Cemetery in Troutman, NC.

Anna is survived by her husband of over 8 years, Charles Harris; son, Virgil Casto (Linda); daughters, Lisa Alderman (Michael), Patricia Casto; stepdaughters, Sam Neal (Johnny), Tess Drawdy (Jonathan); sister, Norma Acree; grandchildren, Justin Casto, Ryan Casto, Kameron Drawdy; one great-grandchild, Arieonna O'dell.

In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her son, Allen Casto; brothers, David, Denver, Clyde, Charles,  Kenneth and Pete Taylor; sisters, Phyllis Styles, Ethel Mae Ward, Bonnie Brown and Julie Chapman.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, Gastonia.
