Anna Louise Bingham Mccoy

Anna Louise Bingham McCoy, 73, of Bessemer City passed away on October 15, 2014 at her home. She was born June 11, 1941 in Macon County, daughter of the late Robert Lee Bingham and Mary Lizzie Haney Bingham. Mrs. McCoy attended Crowders Chapel Christian Center, Gastonia. She was affectionately known as either Momma Anna or Maw- Maw. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at Crowders Chapel Christian Center, 111 Camp Rotary Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Eric C. Griffin. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday at the church. Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia. Mrs. McCoy is survived by: sons, Danny Bingham and wife Lynn, Robert Adams, Tim Adams and wife Donna, Norman McCoy and wife Martha; daughter, Rachel Adams Medford and husband Marshall; grandchildren Donnie Clifton and wife Amanda, Paul Adams and wife Amber, Haven, Gracie, and Kacie Adams; great grandchildren, Zack and Kirsten Clifton, Gage, Andrew, and Alana Adams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: her husband, Earl McCoy; son, John Wesley Adams Jr.; daughter, Debbie Adams Inman; grandson, Steven Clifton. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
