Anita Herring Holland

Anita Herring Holland 62, of Clover, S.C., passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at her home.

Anita was born in Anderson, S.C. on January 20, 1954. Daughter of the late Luke Herring and Inez Gillispie Herring.

Anita loved her family, animals, being outdoors and going to the beach.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband for over thirty years Dennis Holland; sons, Michael Holland, Steven Holland, Joey Stroupe and wife Brandy; grandchildren, Jacob and Jesse Stroupe, Ace Holland; brother, Jerry Herring; aunt, Elaine Lyda; nephews, Brian Webb, Rusty Herring; Nieces, Brandy Clark, Shannon Stephen; numerous great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Emily Webb.

A funeral service will be held 3 pm Sunday at Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia, N.C. 28052. Officiating Rev. Michael Coe.

The family will receive friends from 1:45 – 2:45 pm Sunday at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
