Anita Britt

Anita Green Britt, 74, of Gastonia, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 11, 1946 in Gaston County, NC to the late Thomas Edward Green and Dorothy Camilla Parker Green.

Anita loved her family with all of heart. She enjoyed reading and making crafts. She was also an avid animal lover.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Millard Guy Britt, Jr.; son, Harold Richard "Sam" Baker, II; and brother, Raymond Edward Green.

Left to cherish Anita's memories are her daughters, Carolyn Brown (Chris), Anita Huffstetler (Allen), and Nicole Walker (Josh); sister, Verlia Patton (Tom); grandchildren, Sherri Lastinger, Sara Dameron, Joshua and Peyton Hyman, Amanda Hayes, Zachary and Kimberly Huffstetler, Kailee and Summer Walker, and Richard Baker; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Venture Church in Dallas, NC- 800 E Main St, Dallas, NC 28034

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Gaston County Humane Society- PO Box 2334, Gastonia, NC 28053
