Angela Michelle Kelley Alexander

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angela Michelle Kelley Alexander, who left us on November 8, 2025, at the age of 53. Angela was born on June 18, 1972, and filled her years with laughter, love, and a passion for playing cards with family and friends.

Michelle was a beloved mother to Chelsea Alexander, who will carry on her spirit with Dwain Sutton by her side. She is also survived by her loving parents, John and Gail Kelley, and her supportive brother, Rev. James Kelley, along with his wife, Heather. Michelle will be greatly missed by her sisters, Amanda Kelley, Rebecca Bolton (Tracey), and Diane Richard (Phillip), as well as several cherished nieces and nephews.

Michelle is preceded in death by her cherished sister, Tamie Smith, who welcomed her with open arms.

To celebrate Michelle's life, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 10 AM. Pastor Justin Grigg will officiate the service at the West 5th Avenue Freewill Baptist Church, located at 2145 W. 5th Avenue, Gastonia, NC 28052. Friends and family are encouraged to come together to share memories, laughter, and love, just as Michelle would have wanted.
