Angela Hoyle

Angela McDonald Hoyle, 60, of Gastonia, passed away May 15, 2015, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia. She was born August 24, 1954, in Middlesex County, England, daughter of the late Bob McDonald and Frances Wesson McDonald. Angela was a hairdresser for over 40 years. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Mignon McDonald and Laura Ann McDonald. Left to cherish her memories are her husband for over 40 years, Alan Hoyle; daughters, Cathey Ray, Allison Hoyle; brothers, Bobby McDonald and wife Susie, Mike McDonald and wife Teresa; grandchildren, Landon Hoyle, Emory Hoyle; and nephews, Eric McDonald and Andrew McDonald. A funeral service will be held 3pm, Wednesday, at the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiating the Pastors Don Capell and Scott Whitener. The family will receive friends 2-2:45pm before the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Bessemer City Cemetery. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
