Angela "Piggy" Flowers

Angela "Piggy" Flowers, 51, of Dallas, NC, went to be with the Lord, Monday, September 11, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born October 5, 1971, a native of Gaston Co, NC, daughter of the late John Woodrow Flowers and Margaret "Maggie" Gail Hibberts.

Angela loved many people, and many people loved her.

"Nana's heart was so full of love; she could not go on."

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robbie Hibberts; sisters, Candace Flowers, and Kimberly Williams; and maternal grandmother, Gladys Dye Best.

Angela is survived by her son, Tyler Smith; daughters, Alicia Stewart, and Jessica Williams; brothers, David Benton, Chris Flowers, Roy Flowers, and John Flowers, Jr.; and grandchildren, Thomas Cape, Sophia Stewart, Caroline Evans, and Ryker Hollingsworth, and Elaina Williams.

Family will receive friends 7-9pm, Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

A memorial service officiated by Rev. Micheal Smith and Pastor Jason Madison, will be held 2pm, Sunday, at the funeral home.
