Angela Penland Burton, 53, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020.
She was born September 12, 1966 in Asheville, NC.
Angela loved her dogs and enjoyed spending time at the lake. She loved and adored her family and will be greatly missed. Angela enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by her father Richard Carlton Penland, Sr. and fiancée Vickie Jenkins of Clover, SC; mother Barbara Padgett Penland of Gastonia, NC; her husband of over 27 years, Steve Burton; brother Richard "Ricky" Penland, Jr. and wife Teresa of Clover, SC.; sister-in-law Shelley Earnhardt; brother-in-law Tom Burton Jr.; nephews Max Penland and wife Alicia, Justin Penland; great-niece Emmie Penland; great-nephews Harvey Penland and Oakley Penland; and several other nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service led by Mr. Richard Penland Sr. will be held at Westview Gardens in Bessemer City, NC.
