Amy Elizabeth Goodson Brazelton

Gastonia, NC Amy Elizabeth Goodson Brazelton, age 36, passed away August 19, 2013, at her home. She was born May 28, 1977 in Gastonia, daughter of Shirley Case Goodson and Earl Wayne Goodson. Amy was a wonderful, caring, devoted daughter, wife, mother and sister. She loved the Lord and is now in the presence of Jesus, beloved family and Aunt Jo. A celebration of Amy's new life in Heaven, will be held 11:00 am on Saturday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Dr. Tony Fulbright. The family will receive friends 9:30 - 10:45 am on Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia. In addition to her parents, she is survived by: her husband, Chad Brazelton; son, Devon Brazelton; daughter, Morgan Brazelton; brother, Christopher W. Goodson and wife, Charlene; cousins, Kris Lowe, Michael Case. She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Clarence and Virginia Case; uncle, Buddy Case; aunt, Betty Jo Stiles.
