Alice "Alley" Weathers

Alice "Alley" Weathers, 46, of Dallas, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

She was born June 24, 1969, in Gaston County, daughter of Patricia Arlene Black and the late Dannie Beavers.

Alley, a native of Gaston County, loved her family and loved to go shopping and fishing. She loved her dog, Buddy.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by brother, Waynie Howard and grandchild, Caleb Walker.

Along with her mother, left to cherish her memories are her husband of over 16 years, Keith Weathers; sons, Casey Walker, Rocky Walker; brothers, Charlie Howard and wife, Laurie, Andy Beavers, and wife, Suzi, Jason Miller; sisters, Dana Motes, Becky Capps, Terry Underwood, and husband, Scott, Leesa Beavers; and grandchildren, Alyssa Walker and Hensley Walker.

A funeral service will be held 4pm Wednesday at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 South York Rd., Gastonia. Rev. Larry Liverett will be officiating.

The family will receive friends 3 – 4 pm before the service at the funeral home.

Interment is private.
