Alfred "Bobby" Wayne Wiggins

Gastonia, NC - Alfred "Bobby" Wayne Wiggins, Sr., 75, of Gastonia, passed away June 11, 2014 at The Robin Johnson House. He was born April 17, 1939 in Goldsboro, son of the late James M. and Verdie Wiggins. A memorial service will be held 2 pm on Saturday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by, Rev. Richard Cole. Bobby is survived by son, Alfred "Wayne" Wiggins, Jr. and wife, Virginia; daughters, Anita Joyce Neeley, Melinda Ann Wiggins; step-sons, Jack Ball and wife, Trina, Jimmy Ball and wife, Becky; step-daughter, Lora Kann and husband, Steve; brother, Ronnie Wiggins and wife, Sandra; sisters, Shirley Howell and husband, Julian, Brenda Fay McCombs and husband, Don; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jerrie Wiggins; brothers, George Clifton and Donald Lee Wiggins; sisters, Lou Evelyn Jenkins and Diane Elizabeth Davis. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Christ Family Worship Center, 3951 West Franklin Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28052. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
