Alana Baxter Ammons

Alana Sharen Baxter Ammons Burleson left us the morning of Friday, March 3, 2023, on her way to "out there somewhere".  Alana was born Sept 18,1971 in Hancock County, West Virginia.  She grew up all over that county, living in Chester, Newell, New Cumberland and Weirton.   Her family moved to North Carolina in the middle eighties.  There she finished growing up, got married and had two precious daughters, Kayce and Sarah.

Life threw several miseries at her, most of which she weathered well.   A few knocked her back…..a lost love, friends that passed too young, the accident that nearly took her life……but she pulled through it all….

There will be a celebration of her life at a later date…. friends and family will be informed.
