Kings Mountain, NC Adam Ewing, age 40, passed away September 2, 2012, at Kings Mountain Hospital. He was born May 18, 1972 in Cleveland County. A funeral service will be held 2pm on Friday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Speaker Dana Brown. The family will receive friends 7-9 pm on Thursday at the funeral home. The interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia. He leaves behind: his father, James Ewing Jr. of Gastonia; mother and step-father, Minnie and M.F. Tapy of Dallas; sisters, Tammy Brooks of Belmont, Angel Hill of Cherryville; little brother, J.C. Ewing; daughters, Valerie and Courtney Ewing; one niece and five nephews; girlfriend, Marci Ghorley.
